Themed Kindred Dinners - Frequently Asked Questions

Do dinner tickets include alcohol, or can I BYOB?
No alcohol included. We do allow BYOB at some of our dinners, depending on the event. It will be noted in the event description on the ticket page if the event allows BYOB. If so, the limit is 1 bottle of wine per person, and we will check IDs at the entrance. Some events include non-alcoholic drink options as well - please check the event description on the ticket page.

Can I reserve specific seats at the table?
Kindred Dinners are beautiful communal experiences, so your party will be sitting next to other guests at communal tables. There are no reserved seats, but there is room for everyone at the table!

Can I see the menu beforehand?
Since Chef Steven custom creates the menus for our dinners with the best ingredients available, we do not release dinner menus beforehand, and they are always subject to change. Rest assured the menu will be creative, unique, and delicious!

For other special dinners, the menu might be released beforehand depending on the event.

What if I have special dietary restrictions?

We cannot create special meals for people with dietary restrictions, but we can do our best to accommodate you if, for example, you’re a vegetarian. However, our kitchen is not set up to be able to create custom menu items for restrictions such as celiac or severe food allergies where cross-contamination is an issue.

What if it rains?

We have a space that is completely covered in our brand new barn. The event is on, rain or shine. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions.

Is there a child's ticket price?

For our family-friendly dinners, we include a child's ticket price; otherwise, the ticket prices are the same no matter the age. Please check the ticket page for the specific event you'd like to attend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We will have a mowed pasture where you will be able to park on grass. It will be a short walk from the parking lot to the area where the event will be.

What are the restroom options?

There are restrooms available on-site.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed at Kindred Dinners or anywhere near other guests, the dinner site, or produce fields. If you must smoke or vape, please excuse yourself from the dinner and do so in the parking lot area or in your car.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the event, no refunds or credits will be given if the ticket holder is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else or used as credit for a future Kindred Farm event of the same value.
